Cerebral Palsy Clinic and Care Center (CP Clinic Nepal) successfully held a free health camp on December 23rd, 2023. The camp was organized jointly by the Rotary Club of Patan Durbar Square with the support of Siddhartha Bank, Divyanta, MedExpress Nepal, Sutra Diagnostic Pvt.Ltd., Yetichem, and Nepal Reiyukai. With a goal to address the basic medical needs of children with Cerebral Palsy and neurological problems, as well as the surrounding community, the camp began at 10 a.m. and ended at 3 pm.
CEO of CP Clinic Nepal and Pediatrician Rtn. Dr. Pragya Karmacharya Rajbhandari, ENT Surgeon Dr. Rishi Bhatt, Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Prashant Adhikari, General Physician Dr. Ruby Maharjan, Dental Surgeon Dr. Pushpa Jha, and Physiotherapists Anuja Karki and Manoj Shah all actively participated in providing their expertise during the camp. Sutra Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd. lab assistants facilitated blood testing at reduced prices as suggested by consultants, while Yetichem and MedExpress Nepal graciously contributed to free medical distribution. The camp, which was available to all age groups, successfully helped 83 local community members by providing health examinations, consultations, and vital medical advice to improve their well-being.
Around 83 local communities participated in the Health Checkup and profited from this medical camp. During camp, depending on their patient’s primary concerns, doctors and physiotherapists advised them on different medications and consultations.
